If We Love Colors were a song, what do you think it would be? We’re encouraging all of you to tell us ONE SONG that comes to mind when you think of We Love Colors. It can be any song out there, as long as it represents how you feel when you’re wearing We Love Colors. We are all about helping you fully express who you are through fashion, so how about connecting that awesome feeling you get when you deck your legs out in our stuff to some fun tunes? We really want to see how you see us musically!

Let’s face it, when we go out, all dressed up for dancing and prancing about…we want to look hot. Scratch that. We want to look FUCKING HOT. That’s why if We Love Colors was a song it would be “Danger! High Voltage”, by electric six. Why? Because when I think of legs stomping on the dance floor, bedecked in We Love Colors, I think of the lines, “FIRE IN THE DISCO!” and “DANGER! DANGER! I think the Jimi Hendrix/John Mayer song “Bold As Love” really suits We Love Colors. I know that I choose what color tights I’m going to wear each day based on my mood, and I think the song really shows the connection between those emotions and that colors represent them. And no matter what color you choose from We Love Colors, “they’re all bold as love.”

I decided on Micael Buble’s version of ‘Feeling Good’, and especially this video since it’s filled with images of COLOR!, for a couple reasons. 1. The beginning puts the image of a girl getting dressed with her colorful tights into mind, then she walks out the door to face the world feeling confident and bold with her tights that show that. 2. The title of it also explains how I’m pretty sure most girls feel when they have the perfect tights to match their mood and outfit! 3. It’s a bold and strong song that matches the personality of the site!

It’s always a struggle in fashion to find a balance between standing out and fitting in, dressing somewhere between trendy and unique – and that’s why I think Mika’s song “Grace Kelly” is the perfect song to represent We Love Colors. The song is classy, modern and very colorful! I really think that all the different colors I wear express different aspects of my personality. Sometimes I’m sexy, sometimes I’m silly, sometimes I’m somber – point is, I’m different everyday and my clothes should be too. I think Kiss my Sass reflects We Love Colors best because when you’re wearing an amazingly obnoxious pair of splash color tights, you just gotta wear them with confidence and not care what anyone else thinks.
